Well I have just celebrated a milestone birthday and made my own 40th Birthday cake.
I love the drip cake design at the moment, a buttercream cake with drips of your favourite toppings and fillings, Salted Caramel, chocolate, raspberry sauce and my favourite… Biscoff spread! Yum! Melted and drizzled all over the top!
It’s safe to say that my 40th birthday cake didn’t last long!
We had a bouncy castle at home and loads of cake eating kids!! (including 4 of my own!)
If you haven’t tried the Biscoff spread, I highly recommend it. I believe the lovely lady at ‘Lemon Tree Bakery’ uses it in her Macarons, I can only imagine how good they must taste!!
